The best thing to do is to talk to us at the earliest opportunity. We can do almost anything in terms of design, materials and implementation, and that includes creating your dream project. Elysion is committed to assisting you to turn your dreams into reality, and we use photo realistic computer visualisations to let you see the possibilities at an early stage in the design process.

1. Information Gathering

We offer a free quotation service, and a phone conversation or an email to one of our design team will quickly establish the scope of the project and how we can help, contact us today. At this stage it is helpful to have as much information as possible, so ideally you?ll need to take some rough measurements before we can begin. They say a picture is worth a thousand words, so a few images of the proposed area for your project can assist us greatly, along with any drawings or sketches that you already have.

From this first contact, we will work closely with you to gain an appreciation for your taste and specific needs. Developing your unique design solution and outline specification will allow us to arrive at a budget price, before committing to costly detailed design work.?Together we can develop your requirements into a designed and engineered solution that is exactly right ?aesthetically and practically – for your property or project. With hundreds of projects behind us we can bring a lot of knowledge to the table and we can help with any issue arising from planning requirements or building control. Apart from the practicalities of design and fabrication we can discuss styles, materials, finishes and colours. Our culture is one of constant improvement and innovation, and we like to share our knowledge with you, so that we can assist you to exceed your vision.

2. Site Visit

If you would like a site visit this can be arranged for most areas of England, however if it’s before any order is placed we will normally ask for a small fee to cover time and travel costs, this fee can be used towards the cost of a your final project should it go ahead, or feel free to arrange a meeting in our design office where we can sit round a table with your drawings and ideas.

3. Budget

Once a budget price is agreed in principle, we can then refine the design, firm up and agree the specification and issue a fixed price quotation. At point of order we determine the preferred delivery date that best suits all relevant parties involved, and a deposit may be required before proceeding, to cover ongoing costs.

4. Design

The first phase of the production process can then start. We carry out a comprehensive site survey and use the information to prepare detailed drawings, 3D CAD models, and CGI?s of your bespoke project. We take full responsibility for getting our dimensions correct and ensuring your project complies with all relevant legislation, these drawings are sent to you for approval prior to commencement of manufacture to ensure that you are entirely happy with our interpretation of your requirements. It ensures that there are no surprises, and gives you a final opportunity to refine the design if felt necessary.

5. Manufacture

On approval of drawings, with an agreed design, order, and delivery date, a further stage payment may be required depending on the size and nature of the project. as we move towards the stage of procuring materials, our skilled craftsmen commence to manufacture your project to the highest standards in our comprehensive workshops. At this stage we would be delighted if you contacted your project manager to make an appointment to visit our workshops. We are proud of what we produce and we love share it with you.

6. Installation

When all is tested as required and quality checks are completed and signed off, the same manufacturing team will install your project speedily, efficiently and cleanly, advise on the care of finishes and make sure you are completely happy before you pay the balance due.

Each project that leaves the Elysion workshops is a handcrafted work of art and craftsmanship, of which we feel very proud. Due to this we aim to photograph every piece of work where possible after installation to maintain our gallery of projects.
